Miles Overview
The 500X is Fiat's small crossover, the one that trades a bit of space for Italian style. Around town it feels eager and nimble, with a ride that's on the firm side but composed. The cabin is a cheerful place with retro touches, though rear legroom is tight for adults. Cargo space is modest, but the rear seats fold flat to make room for weekend gear. The Pop is the base trim, so you get the same 1.3L I4 and all-wheel drive as the rest of the lineup, but with 17-inch silver aluminum wheels and cloth seats instead of the Trekking's rugged trim. The 1.3L I4 pairs with a nine-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering 177 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque that feels lively in city driving, and the EPA rates it at 26 mpg combined. Standard remote start and a rearview camera are included, and the touring suspension keeps the ride compliant on broken pavement.
