Miles Overview
The 2018 Fiat 500L is the brand's practical people-hauler, a tall wagon that packs surprising interior space into a tidy footprint. It's easy to park and maneuver in tight city streets, with a tight turning radius that makes urban driving a breeze. The cabin feels airy with great visibility all around, and four full-sized adults can ride comfortably without feeling cramped. Owners report that electrical issues and squeaky brakes can pop up, so keeping a warranty is a smart move. The Trekking is the rugged-looking 500L for buyers who want a more outdoorsy vibe than the standard Pop, with black body cladding and a slightly raised ride height. Its 1.4L I4 makes 160 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive, which feels peppy around town but runs out of steam on the highway. The Trekking comes standard with heated front seats, a Beats audio system, and 17-inch aluminum wheels, giving it a more premium feel than the base Pop.
