Miles Overview
The Ghibli is Maserati's mid-size luxury sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class. It's a driver's car, with sharp steering and a chassis that feels eager through corners. The cabin wraps you in Italian leather and trim, though rear legroom is tighter than some rivals. The Trofeo is the range-topper, so you give up nothing on performance and get the full 580 horsepower from the 3.8L V8. Its 3.8L V8 sends 580 horsepower to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic, and the engine's character is what makes every drive an event. The Trofeo's Corsa drive mode sharpens the throttle and transmission response and opens the exhaust flaps for the full soundtrack.
