Miles Overview
The 2023 Ghibli is Maserati's mid-size sedan, the one you cross-shop with the BMW 5 Series and Audi A6 when you want something with more Italian character. It drives with a sporty feel that's rare in this class, with sharp steering and a chassis that's eager to be pushed. The cabin is a mix of rich materials and some dated switchgear, but the front seats are comfortable and the rear seats fit two adults well. Reliability has improved in recent years, though you should still expect the occasional electronic glitch that's part of owning an Italian car. That 3.8L I8 paired with the eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive hits 60 mph in the mid-three-second range, and the exhaust note is a deep, angry roar that makes every drive an event.
