Miles Overview
The 2021 Ghibli is Maserati's mid-size sedan, the one that goes up against the BMW 5 Series and Audi A6. It's a sharp driver's car, with quick steering and a chassis that feels eager on a back road. The cabin is stylish with rich materials, though rear legroom is tighter than in some rivals. Expect running costs above the German rivals, with thirstier engines and specialized service. That 3.8L V8 pairs with a eight-speed automatic for a 0-60 sprint in the mid-three-second range, though you'll pay at the pump with 16 mpg combined. Standard adaptive dampers and a limited-slip rear differential make the Trofeo genuinely playful on a winding road, not just straight-line fast.
