Miles Overview
The Quattroporte is Maserati's full-size luxury sedan, the one that goes up against the Audi A8 and BMW 7 Series with a more theatrical personality. It drives with a sporting edge you don't expect from a big sedan, with sharp steering and a chassis that feels lively on a back road. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for that handling, but it settles down nicely on the highway. Inside, the cabin is roomy and trimmed in rich materials, though the tech feels a generation behind the German rivals. That 3.0L V6 pairs with a eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive to deliver confident traction in rain or snow, though it returns 19 mpg combined.
