Miles Overview
The 2024 XC60 is a compact luxury SUV that slots between the XC40 and XC90, offering a blend of style and practicality. It competes with the BMW X3, Audi Q5, and Mercedes-Benz GLC, but stands apart with its Scandinavian design and standard safety tech. The XC60 drives with a composed, planted feel, and the plug-in hybrid delivers strong acceleration when you want it. Inside, the cabin is a model of Scandinavian minimalism, with high-quality materials and comfortable seats for five. The standard Google-based infotainment system brings built-in navigation and wireless Apple CarPlay, though it takes some getting used to. The Ultimate trim adds a 360-degree camera, a Bowers & Wilkins audio system, and ventilated front seats over the Plus trim. Its plug-in hybrid powertrain pairs a 2.0L I4 plug-in hybrid with an electric motor for 312 horsepower and 523 lb-ft of torque, delivering quick, silent acceleration around town. The air suspension available on the Ultimate smooths out rough pavement, making the ride even more composed than the standard steel springs.
