Miles Overview
The 2024 XC90 is Volvo's three-row luxury SUV, blending Scandinavian minimalism with family-friendly practicality. It competes with the Audi Q7, BMW X5, and Mercedes-Benz GLE, offering a calmer, more understated alternative. The XC90 drives with a composed, secure feel, though the steering is light and the focus is comfort over sportiness. Inside, the cabin is a serene space with supportive seats, quality materials, and room for up to seven passengers. Standard tech includes a large touchscreen with Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay, and a full suite of driver aids. The Ultimate is the top non-hybrid trim, sitting above the B6 Plus Bright Theme and below the T8 plug-in models, with the most standard luxury features. Its 2.0L I4 plug-in hybrid and electric motor combine for 312 horsepower and 523 lb-ft of torque, with the electric-only range covering short commutes and the gas engine handling longer trips. The Ultimate comes with adaptive air suspension standard, giving you a smoother ride that you can raise for rough roads or lower for easier loading.
