Miles Overview
The S60 is Volvo's compact luxury sedan, a car that goes up against the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series with a focus on comfort and safety. It drives with a composed, planted feel, and the steering is accurate, though the suspension is tuned more for comfort than sporty agility. Inside, the cabin is roomy up front with supportive seats, but rear legroom is tight for taller passengers, and the trunk is modest. Reliability is a strong point, with many owners reporting trouble-free miles, though service costs at dealers can be steep. The Premier Plus adds leather upholstery and power front seats over the standard T5, a step up in comfort without the full luxury of the Platinum. Its 2.5L I5 makes 250 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to all-wheel drive for confident all-weather traction. The all-wheel-drive system adds grip in snow and rain, though fuel economy drops to 23 mpg combined.
