Miles Overview
The Phaeton is Volkswagen's full-size luxury sedan, built to take on the Mercedes S-Class and BMW 7 Series. It's a big car that shrinks around you on the road, with a calm, steady gait that flatters long trips. The ride is exceptionally smooth, and the cabin stays hushed at highway speeds. Inside, you get a beautifully finished cabin with plenty of room for four adults and a generous trunk. The W12 sits above the V8 as the range-topping Phaeton, trading some fuel economy for a silky twelve-cylinder and a more exclusive feel. Its 6.0L I12 makes 420 horsepower and pairs with an automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving you effortless, turbine-smooth acceleration that never feels hurried.
