2019 Audi RS 5

This is Audi's mid-size performance coupe and hatchback, the RS 5, aimed at buyers who want a fast, everyday German car. The RS 5 feels eager and planted, with a strong engine that pulls hard and a chassis that stays composed when you push it. Inside, the cabin is upscale and well built, with supportive seats and a clean layout that puts controls where you expect them. The hatchback body adds real versatility, giving you more cargo space than the coupe while keeping the same sporty character. The 2.9L V6 makes 444 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque, routed through a quick-shifting eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that claws into corners with confidence; expect 20 mpg combined. The hatchback body gives you 21.8 cubic feet of cargo space of usable space, a practical edge over the coupe that doesn't compromise the RS 5's planted, sporty feel.
