Miles Overview
The Macan is Porsche's compact SUV, the one that brings sports-car feel to the crossover class. You'll notice the steering is quick and precise, and the body stays flat through corners, making it feel more like a hot hatch than a tall SUV. The ride is firm, especially on the sportier trims, but that's the trade for how well it handles. Inside, the cabin is well-built with quality materials, though rear-seat space is tight for adults and cargo room is modest. Its 2.9L V6 routes power through a quick-shifting seven-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, returning 19 mpg combined. Standard Porsche Surface Coated Brakes with white calipers resist fade during hard use, and the adaptive dampers let you firm up the ride for corners.
