Miles Overview
The 2017 Cayenne is Porsche's luxury SUV, a model that brought sports-car handling to the family-hauler segment. It drives with a poise few SUVs match, feeling more like a tall sports car than a typical people-mover. Inside, the cabin is trimmed in high-quality materials, and the seats are supportive for long trips. Owners note that repair costs are high, but they also praise the build quality and engine performance. Its 4.8L V8 makes 520 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque, routed through the eight-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, and the extra thrust comes with a penalty of 17 mpg combined.
