Miles Overview
The 2011 Cayenne is Porsche's luxury SUV, a family hauler that doesn't forget the brand's sports-car roots. It drives with surprising agility for its size, feeling planted and responsive whether you're cruising or pushing it. Inside, the cabin is upscale and comfortable, with plenty of room for passengers and cargo for weekend trips. Owners note that upkeep and premium fuel add up, so budget for higher running costs than a typical SUV. A 400 horsepower 4.8L V8 sets the S apart from the base Cayenne, giving it a noticeable power advantage on the road. The eight-speed automatic pairs well with the V8, delivering smooth shifts and making the most of the 400 horsepower on tap, while the four-wheel drive keeps it planted in all conditions. The S comes standard with a power moonroof and driver memory package, features you had to pay extra for on the base model.
