Miles Overview
The 911 is Porsche's iconic sports car, available as a coupe or convertible, and it's the one that sets the benchmark for the entire segment. You'll feel the road through the steering and seat, and the engine's response is immediate, making every drive feel special. The cabin is snug but well laid out, with supportive bucket seats and a back seat that's really only for small children or extra cargo. Owners mention that tires wear quickly, especially the rears, and some have dealt with water pump or window regulator issues. Stepping up to the Carrera 4S from the Carrera 4 adds the wider body, bigger brakes, and the more powerful engine that makes this the driver's choice in the AWD lineup. The 3.6L I6 sends 415 horsepower to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic, and the all-wheel drive gives you the confidence to use that power in less-than-perfect weather. The 4S comes with Porsche Active Suspension Management as standard, letting you firm up the dampers for track work or soften them for the daily commute.
