Miles Overview
It's a driver's car through and through, with superb road feel and a flat-six that sounds fantastic. The cabin is snug but well-built, with supportive bucket seats that make even short trips enjoyable. Expect to replace rear tires fairly often, especially if you push it, and budget for pricey parts and service. Stepping up to the Carrera 4 adds all-wheel drive and a wider rear track for more grip in the wet or on a back road. The 3.6L I6 makes 320 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to all four wheels; it's the 911 that feels planted even when you lean on it. The Carrera 4's standard stability control and wider rear track mean you can push harder with confidence, though the ride is a touch firmer than the rear-drive Carrera's.
