Miles Overview
The 718 Cayman is Porsche's mid-engine two-seat coupe, the platform that gives the 911 its athleticism but with a lower center of gravity. It's a car that rewards smooth inputs, with steering that feels alive and a chassis that stays flat through corners. The cabin is snug but well built, with supportive seats and a dash that puts the important controls within easy reach. There's a front trunk and a rear cargo area, so it's more practical than you'd expect for a mid-engine sports car. The S suits buyers who want more punch than the base Cayman but don't need the track focus of the GTS 4.0. Its 2.5L I4 makes 350 horsepower and pulls hard from low revs, with the six-speed manual letting you pick your own gears.
