Miles Overview
The 2016 Cayman is Porsche's mid-engine sports coupe, the model that puts handling purity ahead of outright power. The mid-engine layout gives it a balanced, planted feel that makes every corner an event, and the sound is intoxicating. It rides smoothly and quietly when you want it to, but push it and it's eager to play without being scary. The Base Cayman sits below the GTS and GT4, giving up some power and track focus for a lower entry price. Its 2.7L I6 makes 275 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, returning 24 mpg combined.
