Miles Overview
This is the 911, Porsche's rear-engine sports car that's been the benchmark for decades. The flat-six sits behind you, and it's the sound and balance that make every drive feel special. The cabin is snug but well laid out, with a driver-focused feel that hasn't aged badly. Expect to budget for tires and cooling system upkeep, but the mechanicals are simpler than you'd think. Its 3.6L I6 makes 282 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, sending power to all four wheels for planted cornering in any weather. The 4S rides on 18-inch wheels and has a stiffer suspension than the standard Carrera, which means a firmer ride but sharper turn-in.
