Miles Overview
The 2015 S-Class is Mercedes-Benz's flagship, a full-size luxury sedan and coupe that sets the benchmark for the segment. It competes with the BMW 7 Series, Audi A8, and Lexus LS, offering a blend of opulence and technology that few can match. Despite its size, the S-Class accelerates with surprising urgency, and the steering is quick and responsive for such a large car. The ride is exceptionally smooth and cushioned, making long drives effortless, though the coupe's trunk is notably small. Inside, the cabin is lavish with outstanding seats, rich materials, and a state-of-the-art infotainment system that has a learning curve. Its 6.0L V12 makes 621 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, routed through a seven-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and it'll do 0-60 in about 4.0 seconds. With just four seats and a coupe body, the S 65 AMG is more about the experience than practicality, and you'll see 20 mpg highway on the highway.
