Miles Overview
The S-Class is Mercedes-Benz's flagship luxury sedan, also offered as a coupe and convertible, and it competes with the BMW 7 Series and Audi A8. The S-Class glides over pavement with a serene, controlled ride, and the powerful engines make it feel effortlessly quick when you need to pass. Inside, you get a lavish cabin with plush seats and high-quality materials, though the coupe and cabriolet have smaller trunks than the sedan. Expect premium fuel and pricey maintenance, but owners say the S-Class is worth the cost for the comfort and performance it delivers. The Maybach S 650 sits above the S 560 and S 63 AMG, giving you an even more exclusive cabin and a V12 under the hood. Its 6.0L V8 makes 621 horsepower and pairs with a seven-speed automatic, sending power to the rear wheels for a smooth, relentless surge of acceleration. The Maybach treatment adds extended wheelbase, reclining rear seats, and extra sound deadening, so it's more about chauffeured luxury than outright sport.
