Miles Overview
The CLA-Class is Mercedes' entry-level sedan, a stylish compact that brings the brand's looks and badge to a smaller footprint. It's a sharp little driver, with quick steering and a firm, controlled ride that makes it feel more athletic than its size suggests. Inside, you get a clean, modern cabin with supportive seats and a straightforward layout, though rear legroom is tight for adults. Owners love the head-turning looks and the comfortable seats, and they note the engine and interior have held up well over time. Choosing the CLA 45 AMG over the CLA 250 means you get a hand-built engine, a sport-tuned suspension, and AMG-specific styling inside and out. The CLA 45 AMG packs a 2.0L I4 making 355 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic and all-wheel drive for rapid acceleration and tenacious grip. It's a firm-riding car, especially with the optional 19-inch wheels, but that's the trade-off for the sharp handling and track-ready feel.
