Miles Overview
The GLK-Class is Mercedes' compact SUV, a boxy, upright alternative to the sleeker BMW X3 and Audi Q5. It drives with a solid, planted feel, and the steering is direct enough that you'll enjoy it on a twisty road. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade-off for that composed handling, and the cabin stays quiet at highway speeds. Cargo space is modest for the class, but the rear seats fold flat and the squared-off roofline makes loading bulky items easy. The rear-wheel-drive layout and lower base price set the GLK 350 apart from the GLK 250 BlueTEC and the GLK 350 4MATIC. Its 3.5L V6 makes 302 horsepower and pairs with a seven-speed automatic, sending power to the rear wheels and returning 21 mpg combined. The standard AGILITY CONTROL suspension keeps body roll in check, so you'll feel confident pushing it through corners.
