2011 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class SLK 350

The 2011 SLK-Class is Mercedes' compact two-seat roadster, a car that's more about relaxed top-down cruising than hard-edged track work. It feels light on its feet and eager through corners, with a ride that's comfortable enough for daily use yet still engaging when you push it. Inside, the cabin is snug but well-finished, with quality materials and a clever folding hardtop that keeps things quiet with the roof up. Cargo space is tight, so plan for weekend trips rather than full luggage, but the front seats are comfortable and the controls are easy to use. Stepping up to the SLK 350 swaps the 300's 3.0-liter V6 for a 3.5-liter V6, adding a meaningful bump in power and a richer exhaust note. The 3.5L V6 pairs with the automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, delivering smooth, linear acceleration that makes merging onto the highway effortless. Look for one with the optional Dynamic Handling Package, which adds adaptive dampers and a sport-tuned suspension for sharper cornering without ruining the ride.
