Miles Overview
The SLK is Mercedes' compact two-seat roadster, a retractable-hardtop convertible that trades rear space for open-air fun. It's a sharp little driver, with quick steering and a chassis that feels eager through corners, though the ride is on the firm side. Inside, the cabin is snug but comfortable, with heated seats and neck-level air vents that make top-down driving pleasant in cooler weather. Some owners note the retractable roof seals can leak over time, and the low front end is easy to scrape on steep driveways. The SLK 300 is the entry point to the lineup, sitting below the SLK 350 and the AMG-tuned SLK 55, and it gives up some power for a lower starting price.
