Miles Overview
The Sprinter is Mercedes-Benz's full-size van, the one you see stretched into delivery trucks, shuttle buses, and camper conversions. It drives like a big van should, with a commanding view of the road and a ride that soaks up bumps without drama. The cabin is practical and built to work, with a tall seating position and plenty of room for a passenger or two. You can get it in cargo, crew, or passenger configurations, with roof heights and wheelbases to fit everything from ladders to a full crew. This 2500 adds a higher gross vehicle weight rating than the 1500, so it can handle heavier payloads without stepping up to the 3500. The 2500's 3.0L V6 diesel makes 188 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic that shifts smoothly under load. You get a 24.5-gallon fuel tank here, which is handy for long hauls between fill-ups.
