Miles Overview
The 1 Series M is BMW's compact performance coupe, the smallest M car of its era and a favorite among driving purists. The steering is quick and full of feel, and the rear-drive balance makes it playful yet predictable on a back road. It's a strict two-door with a snug back seat, so it's best for one or two people and a weekend bag. The 1 Series M is the only trim, so you get the full M treatment without any lesser sibling to compare it to. Its 3.0L I6 makes 335 horsepower and pairs with a manual transmission and rear-wheel drive, giving it a raw, connected feel that's rare today.
