Miles Overview
The 2014 M6 is BMW's high-performance grand tourer, offered as a coupe, convertible, or Gran Coupe four-door. It's brutally quick when you lean on the throttle, yet it settles into a relaxed cruise without fuss. The ride is firm but far from punishing, and the cabin stays quiet at highway speeds. Inside, you get a luxurious cabin with supportive seats and BMW's iDrive infotainment system. The base M6 coupe is the two-door entry to the range, sharing the same 4.4L I8 and 553 horsepower as the Gran Coupe but in a lighter, more compact body. Its 4.4L I8 makes 553 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, routed through a seven-speed automatic to the rear wheels, and it returns 16 mpg combined. The coupe's standard adaptive suspension lets you toggle between comfort and track-ready firmness, so it's a grand tourer that can hustle when you want.
