Miles Overview
This is the M3, BMW's high-performance coupe and convertible from the early 2000s, the one enthusiasts still talk about today. The engine pulls hard all the way to redline, and the chassis feels eager and balanced, making it a joy on a twisty road. The cabin is driver-focused with supportive seats and a clean layout, though rear seats are tight and the trunk is modest. Running costs are steep: it's thirsty, parts are expensive, and you'll want a mechanic who knows these cars. Its 3.2L I6 makes 333 horsepower, and the six-speed automatic shifts smoothly but saps some of the raw feel the manual gives you. The coupe body keeps weight down to 3,415 pounds, which helps the chassis feel nimble and responsive through corners.
