Miles Overview
The 2022 M3 is BMW's high-performance compact sedan, the one that goes up against the Mercedes-AMG C63 and Audi RS5. It's a sharp, engaging driver's car, with a firm ride that's the trade-off for its razor-sharp handling. Inside, you get a driver-focused cockpit with supportive sport seats and a clean, modern layout. The iDrive infotainment system is responsive and easy to use, with standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The base M3 keeps the six-speed manual and rear-wheel drive, while the Competition trims trade the manual for an automatic and add power. Its 3.0L I6 makes 473 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, and the manual gearbox lets you wring out the revs yourself; expect 19 mpg combined.
