Miles Overview
The 2016 M4 is BMW's high-performance two-door, offered as a coupe or convertible and aimed squarely at the Mercedes-AMG C63 and Audi RS5. It's brutally quick in a straight line, yet the chassis feels balanced and eager through corners, making it a genuine thrill on a back road. Inside, the cabin feels upscale with high-quality materials and supportive seats, but rear headroom is tight and the trunk is modest for a car this size. The base M4 coupe is the one to get if you want the full experience on a budget, while the convertible adds open-air fun but more weight. The 3.0L I6 makes 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, and with the six-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive it hits 60 mph in about 4.1 seconds.
