Miles Overview
The M4 is BMW's high-performance two-door, offered as a coupe or convertible and aimed squarely at the Audi RS5 and Mercedes-AMG C63. It's brutally quick in a straight line, and the steering is so sharp you'll find yourself hunting for corners just to feel it work. The ride is firm, especially in the sportier settings, but the seats are superb and the cabin stays quiet at highway speeds. Back-seat space is tight and the sloping roof cuts into headroom, so think of the M4 as a two-seater with occasional rear seats. The base M4 is the one to buy if you want BMW's full performance without paying for carbon-ceramic brakes or a Competition Package like the upgraded version offers.
