Miles Overview
The M4 is BMW's high-performance coupe, the two-door sibling to the M3 sedan, and it goes up against the Audi RS5 and Mercedes-AMG C63. It's a sharp, focused driver's car, with quick steering and a chassis that feels eager on a back road, though the ride is firm in everyday driving. The cabin is driver-focused with supportive seats and quality materials, but rear seats are tight and the coupe's trunk is modest. Standard tech includes a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen with iDrive 7, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Its 3.0L I6 makes 503 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque, routed through an eight-speed automatic to all four wheels, and it hits 60 mph in about 3.4 seconds. The xDrive system can send power to the rear wheels only in its 4WD Sport mode, giving you a rear-drive feel when the road opens up.
