Miles Overview
The 6 Series is BMW's large grand tourer, offered as a coupe, convertible, and the four-door Gran Coupe. It's a relaxed cruiser that eats up highway miles, with a smooth ride and plenty of power on tap. Inside, you get a high-quality cabin with comfortable seats and a generous amount of tech for the year. The Gran Coupe's four doors make it the practical pick, though the coupe and convertible are more about style. The 650i xDrive is the all-wheel-drive convertible, so you get the V8's power in all seasons but give up the Gran Coupe's rear seat space and the coupe's lower price. Its 4.4L V8 makes 445 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, paired with a eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that delivers effortless acceleration and sure-footed grip on wet roads. Expect 19 mpg combined from the V8, and the convertible's power soft top folds in about 20 seconds at speeds up to 25 mph.
