2015 BMW 7 Series 740Li

The 7 Series is BMW's flagship sedan, the one you cross-shop with the Mercedes S-Class and Audi A8. It drives with a composed, planted feel that makes long highway miles effortless, though the steering is lighter than in smaller BMWs. The cabin is spacious and quiet, with plenty of rear legroom and high-quality materials throughout. Standard tech includes a large infotainment screen with iDrive, plus available features like a head-up display and night vision. The 740Li gives up the V8 of the 750i for a smaller engine, which saves thousands at purchase and returns better fuel economy around town. Its 3.0L I4 makes 315 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic, giving the big sedan enough punch for effortless highway merging without the thirst of the V8.
