Miles Overview
The 2013 X1 is BMW's smallest SUV, a compact crossover that feels more like a raised hatchback than a traditional truck. It's genuinely fun to drive, with sharp steering and a firm, controlled ride that keeps body roll in check. Inside, you get a well-built cabin with supportive seats, though rear legroom is tight and the cargo area is narrow. Its 2.0L I4 makes 240 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic, and with rear-wheel drive it feels lighter on its feet than the all-wheel-drive models.
