Miles Overview
The 2006 3 Series is BMW's compact sports sedan, coupe, and convertible, the one that set the benchmark for the segment. It's the car that made people love driving again, with a balanced chassis and steering that talks to you. The ride is firm but controlled, so you feel the road without being beaten up on a long trip. The sedan's trunk is decent for the class, and the rear seats fold down to swallow longer items. Its 3.0L I6 and automatic transmission make for smooth, effortless acceleration, and rear-wheel drive keeps the steering feel sharp. The 330i's standard sport suspension tightens body control without ruining the ride on rough pavement.
