Miles Overview
The 2010 5 Series is BMW's executive sedan, competing with the Mercedes E-Class and Audi A6. It's a car that rewards an attentive driver, with sharp steering and a chassis that feels planted through corners. Inside, the cabin is well-built and comfortable, with supportive seats and a clean, driver-focused layout. Running costs are on the higher side, but the 5 Series holds its value better than many rivals. Its 3.0L I6 makes 300 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed manual and all-wheel drive that sends power to all four wheels, returning 18 mpg combined.
