Miles Overview
The 3 Series is BMW's compact sports sedan, offered as a coupe, convertible, sedan, or wagon for 2009. It's the benchmark for driving dynamics in its class, with sharp steering and a balanced chassis that makes every drive engaging. The cabin is driver-focused with high-quality materials, though rear legroom is tight in the coupe and convertible. Expect higher running costs than a typical compact sedan, with premium fuel and more frequent maintenance visits. Its 3.0L I6 makes 230 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, returning 20 mpg combined.
