Miles Overview
The 5 Series is BMW's mid-size executive sedan, offered as a sedan or wagon for 2008. It's a car that rewards a spirited drive, with precise steering and a balanced chassis that makes it feel smaller than it is. The ride is firm but controlled, a trade-off for the sharp handling that keeps it composed on twisty roads. Inside, the cabin is well-built with quality materials, and the back seat offers decent space for adults. Paired with a six-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, it delivers strong acceleration and returns 20 mpg combined. The 535i's standard suspension is tuned for a balance of comfort and cornering, with an available sport package that firms things up further.
