Miles Overview
The 8 Series is BMW's flagship grand tourer, offered as a coupe, convertible, and four-door Gran Coupe. It's a car that eats highway miles with ease, yet it still feels eager when you find a winding road. Inside, you get a cabin that's more about driver focus than passenger space, with tight rear quarters in the coupe and convertible. Standard tech includes a crisp digital gauge cluster and a large touchscreen with BMW's iDrive system. The 840i xDrive Gran Coupe is the four-door entry to the 8 Series family, giving you four usable seats and all-wheel drive without stepping up to the V8-powered M850i.
