2026 BMW 8 Series 840i xDrive Gran Coupe

The 8 Series is BMW's flagship grand tourer, offered as a coupe, convertible, and four-door Gran Coupe. It lines up against the Mercedes-Benz SL and the Lexus LC, blending luxury with a sporting edge. The 8 Series feels planted and precise, with strong grip and a composed demeanor on winding roads. Inside, the cabin is trimmed in rich materials and offers generous space for a grand tourer. The 840i xDrive Gran Coupe is the all-weather version of the rear-drive 840i, trading a bit of steering purity for the security of four driven wheels. Standard Integral Active Steering and Dynamic Damper Control let the Gran Coupe shrink around you in corners while staying comfortable on the highway.
