Miles Overview
The 8 Series is BMW's large luxury coupe, convertible, and four-door Gran Coupe, aimed at buyers who want a grand tourer with serious presence. It drives with the poise you expect from a BMW flagship, feeling planted and confident whether you're cruising or pushing it through corners. Inside, the cabin is trimmed with high-quality materials and offers generous space for two, though rear seats are snug in the coupe and convertible. Every 8 Series gets the latest iDrive system with a large touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, and standard driver assistance features. The 840i xDrive Gran Coupe splits the difference between the two-door coupe and the V8-powered M850i xDrive, giving you four doors and all-wheel drive without stepping up to the M850i's higher price. Its 3.0L I6 makes 335 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque, paired with the eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, which makes it feel quick and secure in all weather while returning 24 mpg combined.
