Miles Overview
This is BMW's compact sports sedan, the one that set the benchmark for how a small German car should feel. The steering is quick and precise, and the chassis communicates every bit of the road, making it a joy on a twisty back road. The ride is firm but controlled, a fair trade for the sharp handling you get in return. Inside, the cabin is driver-focused and well-built, with supportive seats and a clean, logical layout. The 325Ci is the two-door convertible version of the 3 Series, sitting above the 325i sedan and below the 330Ci in power. Its 2.5L I6 makes 184 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque, and with the five-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive it's smooth and willing rather than outright quick. The convertible adds a power-operated soft top, so you lose the coupe's fixed roof but gain open-air driving year-round.
