Miles Overview
This is BMW's flagship luxury sedan, the one that goes up against the Mercedes S-Class and Audi A8. It wafts down the highway with real authority, and the steering is precise enough that you forget how big it is. The air suspension soaks up rough pavement beautifully, and the cabin stays library-quiet at speed. The back seat is genuinely limousine-like, with acres of legroom and massaging seats that make long trips effortless. A V12 engine sets the M760Li xDrive apart from the V8-powered 750i xDrive below it. The 6.6L V12 makes 600 horsepower and sends it through an eight-speed automatic to all-wheel drive, giving it effortless, wave-of-torque acceleration. The EPA rates it at 16 mpg combined, which is the trade-off for having a twelve-cylinder under the hood.
