Miles Overview
The 2022 Alpina B7 is BMW's take on a full-size luxury sedan with a serious performance edge, sitting above the standard 7 Series. It's the kind of car that wafts along in near silence, then turns into a missile when you put your foot down. The adaptive suspension keeps the big sedan composed through corners, though the ride can feel firm over sharp bumps. Inside, you get the full 7 Series treatment: massaging seats, a panoramic roof, and Alpina's signature blue gauges. Alpina's signature 21-inch wheels and the exclusive Lavalina leather interior set the ALPINA B7 xDrive apart from the standard 7 Series. The 4.4L I8 makes 523 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, sent through a eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that let it hit 60 mph in the mid-three-second range.
