Miles Overview
The 7 Series is BMW's full-size luxury sedan, the one that goes up against the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Audi A8. It's a big car that shrinks around you on the road, with a calm, confident gait that makes long trips effortless. The air suspension soaks up rough pavement beautifully, and the cabin stays hushed at highway speeds. Inside, the 7 Series is a first-class lounge with massaging seats, acres of rear legroom, and a big, crisp touchscreen. Stepping up to the 740i xDrive from the rear-drive 740i adds all-weather traction and a bit more confidence in rain or snow without changing the engine or interior. Its 3.0L I6 makes 335 horsepower and pairs with the eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, giving it a smooth, effortless pull that's plenty quick for daily driving, and it returns 23 mpg combined.
