Miles Overview
The 7 Series is BMW's flagship sedan, the one that competes with the S-Class and A8 for buyers who want a big luxury car that still feels good to drive. It drives smaller than it is, with sharp steering and a chassis that stays composed through corners, though the ride is on the firmer side for a limousine. Inside, the cabin is hushed and trimmed with high-quality materials, and the rear seats offer limousine-like legroom, especially with the optional executive lounge seating. The 2016 model introduced gesture control for the infotainment, letting you adjust the volume with a twirl of your finger, and the standard iDrive system is one of the most intuitive in the class. Its 4.4L V8 makes 445 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, routed through a eight-speed automatic to rear-wheel drive, and it'll return 20 mpg combined.
