Miles Overview
The 2019 6 Series is BMW's large luxury coupe and sedan, offered as the sleek Gran Coupe and the taller Gran Turismo. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with premium materials, and the Gran Turismo's hatchback layout adds extra cargo flexibility. Expect higher running costs than a mainstream sedan, but the blend of comfort and performance is what makes it worth it. If you want the 6 Series at its most muscular, the 650i xDrive Gran Coupe is the one, especially next to the 640i xDrive which uses a six-cylinder. Its 4.4L I8 makes 443 horsepower and sends power through an {automatic transmission} to all-wheel drive, which gives it a commanding feel on wet roads. Expect the ride to feel firmer than the 640i models, but that's the trade for the extra grip and the V8's urgent thrust.
