Miles Overview
The 6 Series is BMW's grand tourer, offered as a coupe, a convertible, and the four-door Gran Coupe. It's a car that eats up highway miles with ease, yet it still feels eager when you find a winding road. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how planted it feels at speed. Inside, the cabin is a quiet, upscale place with comfortable seats and plenty of tech for the year. All-wheel drive and the Gran Coupe's extra doors set the 650i xDrive Gran Coupe apart from the two-door 650i coupe. The 4.4L I8 makes 448 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque, routed through eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive for confident all-weather grip. Expect the ride to be firmer than in the 640i, which is the trade for the sharper handling the 650i's adaptive suspension delivers.
